- Description: Last week Puls sent someone to look at our Whirlpool washing machine. It was determined that a part needed to be replaced (W11662130 Switch-WL), but was unavailable from the manufacturer. I ordered the part from eBay and it has arrived. Now I need someone to install it. Please DO NOT send the same person who was here before (named Earnest). He had suggested that we contact him directly rather than Puls when the part arrived. This seemed odd, but we did so and the resulting exchange of text messages made us very uncomfortable about having him back in our home. Thanks for your consideration.
